PAYMENT PLAN TERMS AND CONDITIONS (PLEASE READ IN FULL BEFORE PURCHASING)

By selecting the payment plan option, you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions. Please read carefully before proceeding with your purchase.

1. Immediate Access and Membership Benefits

Upon completing the initial payment, you will gain immediate access to the VIP Membership and its associated resources.

Lifetime access rights will only be granted after all scheduled payments are made in full.

2. Payment Schedule

Payments are to be made according to the agreed-upon schedule displayed at checkout. It is your responsibility to ensure that sufficient funds are available on the due dates to process the payments successfully.

3. Non-Completion of Payment Plan

If the payment plan is not completed as agreed, access to the VIP Membership may be suspended or revoked at the sole discretion of the company.

Any unpaid balances will remain due and collectible until resolved.

You will forfeit any benefits, resources, or privileges associated with the lifetime membership if payments are not completed.

4. No Refund Policy

All payments made under the payment plan are non-refundable.Once a payment is processed, it cannot be reversed, even in cases where the payment plan is not completed.

5. Failure to Make Payments

If a scheduled payment fails due to insufficient funds or other issues, you will be notified immediately.

You are required to resolve the payment issue within 7 days to avoid interruption of access.

Repeated failures to make timely payments may result in the termination of your membership and the forfeiture of all paid amounts.

6. Cancellation and Termination

By enrolling in the payment plan, you are committing to completing all scheduled payments.

If you wish to cancel the payment plan, no refunds will be issued for payments already made, and access to the membership and its benefits will be terminated.

7. Granting of Lifetime Rights

Lifetime access to products and services will only be granted once all scheduled payments under the payment plan have been successfully completed.

Prior to completing the payment plan, your access will be limited to the VIP Membership resources and privileges.

8. Agreement to Terms

By enrolling in the payment plan and making your first payment, you acknowledge and agree to these terms and conditions in their entirety.

It is your responsibility to read and understand these terms before purchasing.

9. Changes to Terms

The company reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Any updates to the terms will be communicated to members in writing.

10. Disputes
